My experience with First Impressions in simple words, was fulfilling. I met peers of all ages from recent high-school graduates, college students, to people who had children my age which made the course all the more welcoming. The instructor Jerika was eager to see us succeed while being there and open to any questions or help or advice along the way and entering into the new field of dental assisting. There was no problem repeating any lesson instructions or explaining the course work in a way made to comprehend. I loved the pace of the course as well. I feel it made me focus more knowing there was more to learn the following week. I know there is more to learn as I go along actually working but the class instilled in me more knowledge and confidence than I expected to leave with. I cant say Thank You enough to the First Impressions team.

Not a fan of the instructor and if I could have gotten a full refund after day one I would have withdrew and went somewhere else. We were often confused on what she was talking about when we were on the material section, because she would just jump randomly and not tell us what paper she was on. Clinicals were also a waste of time and the instructor was NOT helpful with procedures. She was also passive aggressive when we didn't understand stuff the first time and had clear favorites. And it was the most expensive out of all the Columbus options that I could find so I was even more mad about the refund policy and the lack of training for clinicals.

Just graduated today. Seriously of anyone wants a career and looking for a place to start. And want to get into the field. Go here. Loved my Friday class. Keri did my run down on the program. And the instructor, Jerika is seriously amazing. She was very kind and thorough and I know if I ever have anything I can reach out. Loved every moment. 100 stars. Looking forward to a fulling career.

Joining First Impressions was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Our instructor, Amanda, was amazing and I learned so much from her. I had a very difficult event happen in my life while attending my courses and I almost thought I would not be able to finish. However, they made sure that I was well supported and that I had everything needed to get through the program. Amanda even spent some extra time with me and sent me off with tools to better prepare me before starting work in at Orthodontic office, which she didn’t have to do at all! I will never forget how fun this program was and how supported they made me feel. Thank you Keri and Amanda for everything!

If you are at all thinking about becoming a dental assistant, then look no further! First Impressions Dental Assisting Program is absolutely awesome! You are completely set up for success with how much thought and work has been put into this program. My Instructor-Morgan is hands down the best teacher I have ever had, she has made this such a great experience with all of her knowledge, wisdom and experience in this industry. Another great perk about this program, is the smaller classroom size. It gives you the opportunity to have more “one-on-one” time with the instructor and students, and to ask any questions that you need answered. I was able to land a job as an assistant, only 6 weeks into the program. I would 10/10 recommend this program, to anyone looking to enter this field. 😃
